ADULT / SENIOR EXERCISE

We have been involved in personal fitness and nutrition since 1992. Since managing the Tennis Center in one of the top 3 Fitness Clubs nation-wide, our direction was shifted towards individuals needing and desiring better physical and nutritional improvement.

After working with a large group exercise program for those with Parkinson's disease, we opened our own company January 2005,"Fit For Sure" with the desire, knowledge, experience and professional skills to serving those who have special or medical restrictions for exercise.

In February 2005, Fit For Sure piloted and implemented the first exercise program for the Georgetown Assisted Living, Dementia unit-Garden Walk, and Hamilton Nursing Home at Keswick Pines Continuous Care Retirement Community in Whiting, New Jersey. Since then we have worked with adults and seniors both in private sessions and in groups at our own location in Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey.

Our company offers group and individual exercise sessions that benefit those with Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Post Cardiac Rehab and more.

We are able to work in Adult/Senior Communities with any size or types of groups and individuals using a variety of easy to use equipment and exercise techniques which include stretching, balance, light weights, resistance bands, weighted bars, dumbbells, medicine balls and unique chair exercises.

Our programs and classes are designed to improve strength, conditioning, balance and flexibility of our clients with exercises geared to work every muscle group gently and effectively, resulting in a more healthy body and consequently a healthier lifestyle.
