Feedback and Comments The following are the personal comments and feedback given to us by our clients. In this instance, the information as to the first name and age was given with their permission and are for the explicit use of this web site. I like everything about the program. The fact that you have it at a time when I can get there after work without any problems or rush works great for me. The days are also perfect for me, it gives me the day in between to heal (it has lessen to the point where there is less healing to do with every class) from the last gym day and I'm ready to do it all over again. The type of exercises we do work like a charm for me. The duration of the class is perfect 45 minutes to 1 hour. I sleep soundly every night (which I had stopped doing because of the pain I was in) without taking any pills to dull my pain and help me sleep. I truly enjoy going to the classes very much. I like the camaraderie; small class sizes are great for more one-on-one attention. I see more improvement in my body than from other programs. I am able to work better in my garden. The class sizes still give you one-on-one with the instructor. The people and the social benefit are another great thing I like about this program. I have noticed that since I began exercising I have stopped getting cramps and I am able to stretch and reach things better. I am able to do more in life such as working on my deck, painting and then recover quickly. I want chair exercise and what I like about the program is that you can sit down. This program has helped me the most by making me see that when I do this I can have a better life. I can accomplish much more now than I could before I started. After my hip surgery in February 2005 and all the rehab and physical therapy that I went through, I had to find some sort of exercise program suitable for my needs—not too strenuous but not too easy either. I wanted something that would keep my hip strengthened, as well as work my upper body. I found the perfect match - FIT FOR SURE! I hesitated a bit when I saw the advertisement in the paper, but I wanted to give it a try. It was the best thing I ever did for myself!
